I'm a biomedical writer/substantive editor with more than 30 years' experience. It is my pleasure to assist clinicians and researchers in medicine and the life sciences in the production of concise, cogent, and well-written articles and books.
I thoroughly enjoy writing science for lay persons, having worked in that area for 10 years. I approach each new topic with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and conveying new information.

A diplomate of the Board of Editors in Life Sciences, I have edited works authored by clinicians and researchers from all over the globe.

A large part of my career was spent working at a small publishing company where I picked up expertise in several areas of scholarly publishing including publication ethics and copyright/permission issues.
